Operation of Machine

This guide has been written to help YOU, the operator, in your job.  WHY? Your product, the dishes and glasses, is the first thing the customer notices when he sits down.  Clean, sparkling dishes and silverware will set the mood for the customer when he observes the table setting.

STARTING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Drain water if it is cold by pushing the drain button until all water is out of machine.
  2. Check drain screen and clean.
  3. Replace it properly into the sump housing.
  4. Check wash arm spray tips. If clogged, remove arm by loosening thumb screws, (remove both end caps) clean jet with toothpick and rinse at sink.
  5. Check chemical lines to chemical containers. Be sure to have at least 2” of chemical in container.
  6. To fill machine with water (for the first wash cycle only) Hold fill button, fill until water is ½” lower than overflow in back right corner.
  7. Water temperature should be 140º. Drain and fill till temperature is reached.
  8. Insert tray of dishes into machine and close doors. Push start button.
  9. After the machine stops, open door, remove trays and allow to dry before stacking.
  10. If door is opened during a wash cycle, the machine will automatically shut off.
